My name is Laura. I'm a nineteen year old girl, getting ready to start her sophomore year in high school, in a brand new major program--Design. Wish me luck!

My Mediums and Art Categories:
I'm pretty eclectic. I've always drawn. Lately I've been trying to practice realism. I've been into photography since seventh grade--I'm into macro, portrait, nature, and animal. I've always been in graphic design for years, and like to design websites. Recently I started drawing fanart, after getting into the first anime of my adult life. xD So, you'll see all these sorts of submissions from me.

My Fandoms:
I was never an anime person. I'm still, not, really. Apart from my early love for Pokémon, Digimon, Sailor Moon and the like, my initial anime phase died before I was ten. Last winter, I discovered Death Note. I fell in love with everything about it. It's undoubtedly my favorite anime and one of my favorites shows (if not my favorite).

Last semester, my roommate and I watched Naruto for kicks. Mainly to laugh at it. Yeah. Unfortunately it slowly consumed our lives, and here I am a few months later, a fan for life. Oops. Other than that, I adore Harry Potter. But the rest of my fandoms probably won't pertain to my submissions at all. So~ That's it for that.

My Tools of the Trade:
Most of the tools of the trade I'm listing first are, well, pretty new. I just had an awesome birthday and got a lot of cool art supplies and computer programs. ^^ So you'll see these new tools incorporated into my upcoming submissions.
